The NHS is on its knees & no one has thought to call a theatre company…until NOW ️ Wake The Beast unleashes ‘In The Sick Of It’ A hilarious, heartwarming & urgent call to arms. |
This Town Thu 22 May 7:30pm George St Chapel Tickets from £9
This Town is a modern-day epic narrative poem, performed and written by exciting new talent Rory Aaron (BBC New Creatives, Southbank Poetry Collective). An ode to home, This Town uses powerful spoken word to transport us to a post-industrialised landscape, weaving together stories of loss, PTSD, and friendship. |

Dada Zubeda, one of our Crafted artists, will be opening the show with a 15-minute set of her work.
Inclusion is central to Dada's work. Personal experiences with exclusion throughout her life have made inclusion a conscious and subconscious priority, and this symbolic invitation is consistently reflected in her art. Her exploration of past and present emerges dynamically in her performances.
Tickets on sale next week! |

Our artists, Elle Warsop, Jake Scott, Heather White, and Dada Zubeda had an amazing showcase of their projects last Saturday at the library.
They each had an opportunity to show a segment of what they had been working on. Audience members had the chance to feedback to the artists on what they thought about their pieces, making it such a valuable and encouraging session.
