RSC Julius Caesar - The Lowry

 CASTING ANNOUNCED FOR RSC'S PRODUCTION OF JULIUS CAESAR WHICH COMES TO THE LOWRY THIS SUMMER


The Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) has announced casting for its forthcoming production of Shakespeare’s political thriller, Julius Caesar, running between 18 March –  8 April 2023 in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Stratford-upon-Avon, before a nine date tour of England that sees the company play The Lowry from Tuesday 20th to Saturday 24th June 2023.

This visceral new production is directed by Atri Banerjee, and will feature Thalissa Teixeira as Brutus and Kelly Gough as Cassius, in the roles of the leaders who plot to kill Caesar.

  Twelve Angry Men The Lowry, Salford Review by Natalie Anglesey   Following previous record-breaking West End seasons, and a critically acclaimed tour in 2023, Bill Kenwright Ltd’s powerful production of  Twelve Angry Men  is at  The Lowry  this week until   2 nd  March 2024.
