Actor Mark Eden sadly died this morning. RIP

 CORONATION STREETSo sad to hear of the passing today of lovely Mark Eden who died this morning.My thoughts are with his wife  actress Sue Nicholls, best loved playing Audrey in Coronation Street. Mark made name as an actor in major movies and I even noticed his name in a biblical epic this very morning. Although Corrie fans will remember him as baddie Alan Bradley and his dramatic tangle with a Blackpool tram, I will also remember him for his role in the television series The Prisoner. I treasure a picture he gave me of himself in that series.  He was great company and will be missed by all who knew him. RIP.

  Twelve Angry Men The Lowry, Salford Review by Natalie Anglesey   Following previous record-breaking West End seasons, and a critically acclaimed tour in 2023, Bill Kenwright Ltd’s powerful production of  Twelve Angry Men  is at  The Lowry  this week until   2 nd  March 2024. Ever since the powerful fifties film starring Henry Fonda, which was nominated three times for Academy Awards, and since then, several stage productions over the years, this splendid court-room drama has never failed to impress me.
